Return and Refund
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Sarnyas within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition, complete with all original tags, accessories, and packaging. For your convenience, you can initiate a return directly from your Order History and arrange for a pickup from your location. We’ll handle the logistics, so you don’t have to worry.
Some items, such as intimate apparel, perishable goods, or products with a broken seal, are not eligible for a return due to hygiene and safety reasons. For more information on an item’s return eligibility, please check the product detail page before placing your order.
