How can I track my order and rider information?

You can easily check the real-time status of your package and view delivery details by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account on the Sarnyas app or website.
2. Go to your Account section.
3. Select View All Orders and click on the order you want to track.
4. Once a delivery agent has been assigned and is en route, a Contact button will appear, allowing you to connect with them directly.

Will the delivery agent contact me before arriving?

Yes. Our delivery partners will typically contact you via phone right before arriving at your location to confirm you are available.

Why do I see a "Failed Delivery Attempt" status?

If a delivery attempt fails, don’t worry! We understand that life happens. Our logistics team will try again to ensure you get your package.

Delivery Attempts Action Taken
1 to 3 Attempts Our delivery agents will make up to 3 separate attempts to deliver your items at no extra charge. Subsequent attempts usually happen on the following business day.
After 3 Attempts If all 3 attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable.

My parcel has been reported missing. What should I do?

Rest assured, Sarnyas protects your purchases. In the rare and unexpected scenario that a package goes missing:
• Prepaid Orders: If your order has already paid for and is confirmed missing before delivery, you will receive a full refund according to the Sarnyas Refund Policy.
• Replacements: If you still wish to receive the items, simply place a new order on the platform while your refund is being processed.
