1. Use of Sarnyas

• Eligibility: By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
• Account Responsibility: If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
• Prohibited Uses: You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

2. Product Information and Availability

• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that our product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Sarnyas itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

• Limited License: These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Trademarks: The Sarnyas name, the Sarnyas logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sarnyas or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Sarnyas.

7. User Generated Content

• Submissions: You may be able to post reviews, comments, photos, and other content (“User Content”) on the Site. By posting User Content, you grant Sarnyas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
• Responsibility for User Content: You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post; that the User Content is accurate; that use of the User Content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Sarnyas for all claims resulting from User Content you supply.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• NEITHER SARNYAS NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH SARNYAS MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE.

9. Limitation of Liability

• IN NO EVENT WILL SARNYAS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

10. Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sarnyas, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
